The Home of Hope Orphanage – XuZhou, is one of a very few foreign-run orphanages in China and is the second orphanage started by the Next Towns Foundation in China. Bob and Cindy Sayre are the Administrators in Xuzhou. We are from San Antonio, Texas and both of us were teachers in the past. We opened the Xuzhou Home of Hope with our first children on October 31st, 2005.
We cared for 11 babies in our nursery before they were all adopted abroad to the USA, Canada, and Denmark. We no longer do adoptions but we are proud of these 11 babies we had the privilege of caring for.
Presently we have 30 children in our Home of Hope ranging in age from 4 to 13. These are all orphans who we love and care for. We have a translator (Kelly – Zhao Yi Fei), 5 Chinese Housemothers, 3 other workers, and one older girl from the Gongyi Home of Hope (June – Jun Xia) who all help us in raising these 30 children.

It is a pleasure to serve as the president and founder of M3 International Networks. God has used M3IN as a vehicle for the furthering of His purposes in getting the Good News to the world. Through strategic ministerial networking we are able to do more, reach more people and mobilize more missionaries around the world.
The M3 concept was originally birthed to represent Mexican Missions Mobilization. This vision was to challenge the Mexican Church to get involved in cross-cultural missions. An abbreviated version of Mexican Missions Mobilization was M3. Through the years of training, sending and supporting Missionaries, while challenging the Mexican Church to get involved both financially and through intercession, we became very aware that God would use M3 beyond the borders of Mexico.
Now M3 is being called upon to carry a missionary vision to other Latin American countries as well as a training place for Missionaries from various countries of the world.
M3 International Networks ministry is properly incorporated in the USA as a nonprofit charitable religious corporation with 501(c)(3) status. Our vision is to mobilize missions around the world through strategic ministerial networking.
If there is any way we can serve you in the mobilization of world missions, please contact us.
May God's riches abound in your life.
Nathan D. Thompson, B.Th., M.Th.S. Founder/President
